For all shipments to Italy we use reliable fast couriers such as GLS, UPS, SDA.
All shipments we send to Italy are traceable, for a full control over shipping, we can also manage the redelivery of goods in case the customer is absent at the time of delivery.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE (EU member states)
Shipment costs vary from country to country and are automatically billed at the time of order entry. For shipments to all European Union member countries we use reliable fast couriers such as GLS, DHL, in some cases “Poste Italiane” postal service for small consignments .
By completing the order the end customer only buys the goods and the consignment up to the customs of his country of origin. Shipments to all non-eu countries and to all countries in the rest of the world, have some additional costs such as taxes and customs fees that vary from country to country. All additional costs are carriage forward. In case the package cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (not collected by the customer for any reason, incomplete or incorrect personal particulars or address, incomplete or unprovided documentation or other reasons not attributable to Sport Life sas) package with the merchandise will be shipped back to Italy. In this case all expenses such as transportation, courier warehousing, customs fees and all other costs born by Sport Life sas, will be charged to the customer and deducted from the final refund.

All orders received before 11.00 are processed and prepared for shipment of the day. Orders received after 11:00 am are dispatched on the next working day. The working days for shipments are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders received on Friday after 11:00 am, Saturday and Sunday are covered and shipped the following Monday.
Once we have verified the availability of the product and the payment of the same, the order will be processed and delivered to the carrier that will handle the shipping. Generally the carrier delivers the goods to Italy in a few working days (except the islands which,from a logistical point of view, need a few more days). Delivery time in other countries, Europe and the rest of the world varies from country to country. In case of delayed delivery, the customer must immediately report it to SPORT LIFE s.a.s by calling +39051624117 (from 9.00 to 12.30 from Monday to Friday inclusive). We cannot be held responsible for any delay in shipment or delivery.
Once the customer has received the package containing the items he purchased, he must inspect the package carefully and sign the letter of delivery of goods by reporting any anomaly or tampering.
In case of damaged or tampered package the customer must pick up the goods only by signing “ Goods unchecked” and indicating the type of damage.
At that point, the customer is the owner of the goods.
The customer who does not accept the goods or asks for the return to the sender will be charged and deducted from any refund all costs for the return of the goods at the premises of Sport Life sas.
If the goods cannot be delivered for incorrect address, wrong name, absence of the recipient or any other reason not attributable to SPORT LIFE S.A.S or the carrier, and the goods must be returned to the sender, the customer will be debited with the shipping cost.
Using Paypal as a payment method, the delivery address of the goods is necessarily required to be what Paypal will notify at the time of payment.
SPORTS LIFE S.A.S. is not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of a direct or indirect sale of the articles, it is not responsible for a delay or non-delivery and for any other circumstance not attributable to our responsibility.
SPORTS LIFE S.A.S. takes no responsibility for the loss or breakage of objects after their delivery to the customer.
SPORTS LIFE S.A.S. is not responsible for any technical problem, both data processing and banking problem, or for the availability of the product, all of them preventing the execution and the completion of the order.
